Kinghts forward Logan Hunter was involved in a single car accident last week, and is looking at being charged with drunk driving.
He missed all 3 games on the weekend, with what was described as various injuries before the news broke in today's paper.
Any thoughts on what should happen to him? League suspension, team suspension (remember, he is family, and the Knights are a team that keeps Danny Bois as their captain, so showing no class is par for the course in London).

If the Knights are lucky he'll be suspended for the year.
He probably won't though.

I would think the league will have to wait until his case is heard in court before they make any decisions regarding suspension. I just find it interesting that he didn't play this weekend because of a "groin injury" according to the team.
I wonder what the implications are in crossing the border with an outstanding charge? Could make trips to Plymouth, Erie, Saginaw and the Soo interesting.
The kid screwed up....... lucky for him no one else was hurt.

from the reports i have heard this week in London Mark Hunter says that Loggy will be in the lineup this coming weekend.......I think this was a sign from above to get rid of his ass!!!

Kids screw up all the time, and hardly anyone ever hears about it. But my concern is, will he be treated differently by the team because hs is family? I mean, he shouldn't even be in the OHL, but yet here he is.

I guess you already answered your own question! The fact is that only reason Logan is playing in the OHL is because he's family.
I'd guess that most other teams would sit a player charged with DUI at least for the time being. My money is on Logan being in the lineup this weekend.

Here's another question. Was he hurt in the accident, and thats why he didn't play, or was sitting out his punishment?
But you're right, since they didn't come clean about it, they need to sit him. But with what the Hunters have done so far, that won't happen. He'll be playing this weekend.
