The first and third flags are definitly neo-nazi flags or better flags used only by neo-nazis.

Yeah, and Russia's efforts to revive the reputation of Stalin are a lot better. There's still a team in the KHL that has a hate symbol in it's logo for heaven's sake.

assuming you mean the hammer and sickle, how is it a hate symbol? communism/socialism (which is what the hammer and sickle signify) stress the importance of equality, there is no "hate" involved unlike the disgusting nazi crap those fans were flaunting.

The third one was actually the Marine War Ensign during the first world war (Reichkriegsflagge), it's always confused me why it's used- I suppose just cause it looks Prussian. It in itself was used by the Nazis but has more historical connotations with pre-WW1 Germany then Nazi Germany (iirc it eventually got banned in Germany like a lot of other old German flags).
