Apparently Portis was on the ESPN Radio show with John Thompson and took out the verbal whooping stick on his coach. The audio is in the article:

That's a lot of public criticism for a rookie head coach.

I don't know where this is headed, but it can't be good for a team that would likely make the playoffs if they win out.

Not sure how much of that is BS though.

Not really. Portis complains about stuff, it's nothing new. All will be well for Clinton when he gets 25 carries against Cincy.

As for Zorn's job, anyone knows. It seems unlikely that they'd subject Jason Campbell to YET ANOTHER change in offense, but if Snyder really wants Cowher he'll get him. For my money, Cowher's going to Cleveland though.

Even if the Skins win out, I don't see them making the playoffs. Even at 10 wins they'll need a bunch of help.

I'd say San Diego or Seattle. Holmgren is gone at the end of the season and Norv Turner couldn't coach his way out of a paper bag.

Portis complained after the Redskin's opening loss to the Giants and the Redskins responded with a four game winning streak. If we are to assume anything, it's that they will respond again and win their upcoming games.

Just sayin'
