but where the eff is everybody!?! We have fallen behind Carolina in posts......CarofrickinLina! Come on ya'll there has to be more Dallas fans than that! If we keep declining at this pace, we will be passed up by the Norway Board. For one of the most successful franchises in the league, we are represented by very few posters here at HF. I never did understand this.

And how do we go about getting a new writer to replace GLU? I might be able to chip in here or there if needed.

Yes, it is interesting that more people do not post here, from the official/unofficial boards it seems to me that a lot of people either dont know about this place, or are not interested in Dallas' young talent that have not made the NHL yet. And also a replacement writer would be very good, its annoying to see nothing being written or updated on our prospects when most every other teams are. Would probably be a good idea to advertise this place at Andrews board, and the official Dallas messageboard.

They don't just appear out of thin air. While the standards for HF writers have gone up since I first started, I find it hard to believe that HF would turn down anybody with the desire and competency to write for the Stars page because it has sat stagnant for almost three months. Someone just needs to step up and do it like I in May '02.

Mostly throught the internet (newspapers, league sites) but it was supplanted with info from people who got to see the prospects play.
