Will/should the USA invite DiPietro to Worlds?

I am really hoping that they do...I think he played pretty well against the Bolts in the first round. It does remain to be seen whether he would accept

It will also be a good preview to test his possible readiness for the World Cup..

He will get asked. In all likelyhood he'd be the number 1 guy. I'm sure he'll probably say yes.

We're talking about the World Championship next week. Esche will definitely be around for the World Cup this summer. Along with Dunham and Dipietro I would guess.

Very minor surgery but enough to require a couple weeks of rest.
