Too bad you don't have a WCW prefix there because TNA has brought out the copycat playbook just like WWE's old competition would pull off (except those guys actually drew money):

Spoiler (courtesy of Wrestling Observer):

At the end of tonight's show, which will air on 7/22, they announced the 8/8 Hard Justice PPV will be essentially a remake of the ECW One Night Stand show. Tommy Dreamer did an interview where he even referenced how the 2005 show was supposed to be the end, but Vince McMahon brought it back and ruined it. He did one of his crying promos asking Dixie Carter to give them one last night, and Carter agreed, saying that the former ECW guys will have full control of the PPV and he promised people would see ECW as it should be and not what Vince McMahon turned it into.

If they can make it entertaining and have it draw some money, it will be worth the effort. Nevertheless, with the damage WWE did to the brand over the years, this looks to be easier said than done.

More old guys reliving past glories, that's what TNA needs.

If they pull it off, it will be good. If they fudge it up, Dixie will look like an idiot for giving them control of a PPV.

Could this possibly have been done to sweeten a deal for Heyman?

ECW (pre-WWF/WWE takeover) was the greatest wrestling promotion ever to see live (NWA for TV).

It's a shame they didn't have funding to survive on their own and then Vince ruined it.

Hopefully Raven will be involved. They'll probably bring Sandman back as well. No matter how over the hill or untalented this guy is, he'll always be entertaining as ****.

Looking at his entrance now gives me chills.

Raven will definitely be involved, he's been floating around on screen with Dreamer, along with Rhyno and Stevie.

Out of all of those guys, Rhyno is the only one I'd pay to see. I thought Raven sucked as Scotty The Body in Billy Jack Haynes' Northwest promotion ages ago, and he still sucks now.

Stevie is lame as hell, but at least Dreamer can work.

I think Raven has more than enough marks even if you think he sucks :D

Stevie rules imo, I like "Dr Stevie".

How will they pull this off without the rights to the ECW name and anything ECW related??

That would definitely be a best-case scenario.

Who decided the ECW tag should be an unreadable bright yellow?

That would be me... I did all of them at the same time and was trying to use a different color for each tag so they would stand out.

Now that someone has used the ECW one. I can see that the yellow looks like crap and have changed it to a bold orange which stands out more.
