NFL Fantasy

i'm looking to do an NFL fantasy on this board with a few of us. i'll make the stuff up, i just want to see who would be interested then i will put it in the fantasy forum

Likely not a need to ask the question. We could probably start 3 or 4 leagues

I'm in, but if the draft is August 29 I'm probably auto-drafting

Draft times and other suggestions can be altered as soon as we can fill out the league. But I tend to like drafts as late as possible.

We can still use about 3-5 teams

I found out the league I was in last year started up again, so I deleted myself from this league. Only trying to keep to 2 or three leagues a year and I probably will have other ones so there's an extra space.

6 teams would still make the playoffs. The 3 div winners get a PO spot(the 2 w/ the best record getting bye's), and the rest of 3 spots would be seeded by record.

Oh and you would still play everyone in the league, not just your division. I like it. Makes it a little more like a real league I suppose. Plus someone who may have a crap record and at the bottom of one big division might only be a few games back in a smaller division. Thus they're more inclined to keep playing and not just give up. I'm sure I can speak for everyone when I say I hate when people give up mid-season.

In addition, I'm thinking about moving the draft day to Sunday, September 5th. Time to be determined.

This not only accomodates the people who were against it but the final rosters will also be set. Also, this gives you plenty of time to pre-rank or clear your schedule.

Divisions are fine, but do not like the 5th. That is labor day weekend and I would guess more people would have plans that weekend.

I'm down for the 5th.

Yeah, Labor Day weekend you would think a lot of people have plans, including myself.

We're never going to get a time everyone is happy with. Might as well leave it as is. There's been what, 2 or 3 people who said that can't make it? Out of 12 teams that isn't to bad.

Yeah I do it every year. I already had my main draft so I've done all my research and stuff for this season.
