Need a challenging Avatar made

Ok...this is going to be a bit of a weird request, but I was wondering if someone could make me an Avy of Bob Marley wearing an Avalanche jersey. I also want it in Black and White, and color if you could.

Looking at pictures of Bob, it would have to be a photo of him with his upper body in the picture. I would also like the picture to be of him when he had his LONG dreads, not the short ones.

As far as the jersey, that could also be tough, because you would basically have to lift the jersey off a photo and place it on his body.

I understand this is a very weird request, :laugh:...but if someone could whip one up that would be amazingly sweet ass.
