I'm no NFL expert, and this is the first time I've ever played. How does it look?

QB Eli Manning (New York Giants, R6)
QB Donovan McNabb (Washington Redskins, R10)
QB Tim Tebow (Denver Broncos, R15)

RB Michael Turner (Atlanta Falcons, R1)
RB Cedric Benson (Cincinnati Bengals, R2)
RB Knowshon Moreno (Denver Broncos, R8)

WR Sidney Rice (Minnesota Vikings, R3)
WR Steve Smith (New York Giants, R4)
WR Robert Meachem (New Orleans Saints, R7)
WR Johnny Knox (Chicago Bears, R9)
WR Damian Williams (Tennessee Titans, R14)

TE Jason Witten (Dallas Cowboys, R5)
TE Jared Cook (Tennessee Titans, R11)

K Jay Feely (Arizona Cardinals, R13)

DEF Chicago Bears, R12

14 team league, I picked 8th. I picked Tebow as my last pick because I didn't know what else I needed.

WR's are quite shallow on your team.

Tebow is also a bit of a headscratcher, depending on who was still left on the board.

RB's look very good though.

Overall, not a bad team for a 14 team league.

Manning is a nice QB to have as your starter, McNabb, eh. Hes good for a backup, but really no need for 3 QBs. Tebow, dump him and play the waiver wire for a RB or WR.

WRs are weak. Smith is real nice, but Rice has injury questions now and the rest is very weak. Get rid of D. Williams and see if guys like Mike Williams (TB), Louis Murphy, Laurent Robinson, Massaquoi or Doucet are available. Any one of them is a better one to have.

RBs are excellent. This is your strongest position. No need to do anything there, but I would play around with some trade scenarios. Outside of your 3 RBs, you have no depth at all there. You need at least 1 more to have. In your case, I would look at trading one your weaker WRs for a bottom tier RB or possibly even trying to trade Turner for a 2 lesser RBs. Benson and Moreno is a solid combo, but if you trade Turner, you would be able to get a combo like Pierre Thomas-CJ. Spiller or something like that and that would round your RBs out even better. You definitely need at least 1 more RB on your team.

When your starting TE is Witten, you are fine. I would maybe check the waiver wire for another backup TE like a Fasano, Aaron Hernandez, Heap, or Scaife. All would be better than Cook.

K and DEF is fine. I liked CHI D as a sleeper this year with Peppers there.

If I were you I would check out packaging Moreno and a WR for a better receiver and some junk or alone if that is allowed in your league

I had a draft Friday night for a Yahoo 12 team league with 18 draft rounds..... seems excessive to me but I can't complain about my team:

Aaron Rodgers
Vince Young

Matt Forte
Adrian Foster
Jonathon Stewart
L. Tomlinson
Bernard Scott

Reggie Wayne
Malcolm Floyd
Jermey Maclin
Braylon Edwards
Mario Manningham
Laurent Robinson
Bernard Berrian

Visanthe Schiancoe

Shayne Graham

Miami D
New Orleans D

^ Nice team considering the size of the league. I really like your WR's.

Yeah I was a little surprised that people weren't higher on Malcom Floyd and then I grabbed Laurent Robinson with my 17th pick. Sure, he's a Ram but he's #1 on the depth chart now and somebody has to catch the ball.......

Yeah exactly.

I think the WR depth is thin this year, so if you can get a guy that is up in the depth chart because of another players injury, then that's a good move. Same goes for Berrian with Sydney Rice being out.
