I'd rank them Fitz, then McNabb, then Stafford for this week. I like Stafford going forward though.

Fitzpatrick is worth a shot because the way he's playing he might end up being your starting QB over Ryan pretty quickly.

Titans defence on the road in SD

OR

Lions defence at home vs WSH

I am tempted to pick up the Lions defence coming off a bye against a Redskins team that will be playing a 2nd straight road game. The Redskins also seem to play up and down to their competition...

Also:

I need to start 2 of the following:

Patrick Crayton vs TEN, Danny Woodhead vs MIN, Jabbar Gaffney @ SF, Mike Sims-Walker @ DAL (would be a waiver claim), Legedu Naanee vs TEN (would be a waiver claim - seemingly going to be healthy), Blair White vs HOU (would be a waiver claim - Houston's secondary is awful).

Finally:

Owen Daniels @ IND (came on strong the last couple of weeks) or Aaron Hernandez vs MIN?

So, assuming Breaston plays this week...

Breaston or Walter? Breaston was huge in the early weeks for me before getting hurt, but there's the question of how much he plays and the uncertain QB situation. With Johnson and Daniels both healthy (or at least healthier), who knows what role Walter plays this week for Houston.

Obviously, if Breaston can't go it's an easy choice.

Lions defense could be eaten up by anyone, and McNabb is still a good enough QB that he can take advantage of them. Go with Tennessee, but there has to be a better option in the waiver wire. The Broncos should probably be out there, and the matchup against SF should be good for them. Panthers or Rams may also be good choices for this week--I don't see that game being very high scoring. Same with the Cardinals/Bucs game.

For the receivers, I take Crayton and Sims-Walker. Garrard will be playing so that should definitely help his numbers. The other guys could be very hit-or-miss.

At TE, I think Daniels is a guy to start every week from here on out. He looked good before the week before the bye and with the week off I think he'll be back to producing the type of numbers he normally does. Hernandez...it's hard to say any receiver other than Welker and Branch can be depended on for numbers for the Patriots. I think Daniels is the higher percentage play.

That's funny because this is exactly my choice as well. I know Daniels looked good last week, but you see how disappointing Welker's been this year, I'm just not confident that one good week means Daniels is back. Plus I think I read Hernandez played 63 of 76 snaps two weeks ago (most on the team), and has been targeted 14 times the past two weeks. I'd go Hernandez.

I'd maybe barely lean Crabtree in a PPR league, but definitely Blount if it's not. You know what, I think I'd go Blount either way.

PPR League. One WR slot open and one flex. Not really sure who to choose.

WR's = Brandon Lloyd, Deion Branch
Flex Options = Lloyd, Branch, Brandon Jackson, Ryan Mathews

Already have Jennings, Andre, SJax and Benson in the Starting Lineup.

Someone claimed the Detroit defence before I could...

CLE, BUF, JAC are the only available D's. JAC has an awful secondary, Kitna could put up lots of points on them. CLE is on a bye. BUF could be intriguing, but KC has been scoring a ton of points in the last 2 weeks.

Gonna stick with TEN.

As for the 2 open spots on offence, definitely will stick with Crayton as Floyd appears to be out again and Naanee seems very iffy.

Still not sure about the TEs.

I picked up Sims-Walker as Garrard is confirmed as the starter, but still not sure if I should go with him or Gaffney or Woodhead for the flex spot. That is the problem with Denver and their 75 WRs.

anthockey, the one thing I would say is avoid Jackson against a stingy Jets D coming off a bye.

Does your league start 2 defenses or something? That's crazy if those are the only defenses you have to choose from.

Some QB advice, maybe I'm crazy but which 2 out of the 4:
Rogers @ NYJ
Brees vs. PIT
Campbell vs. SEA
Kitna vs. JAC

Brees has thrown a bunch of INTs lately, and Rodgers is at the Jets. I'm leaning Rodgers/Kitna right now.

That is a tough one, for sure don't start Campbell, not sure why he is on that roster.

Kitna has great talent around him and an easier matchup than Rodgers and Brees. I might sit Brees in favor of Kitna for this week.

Both Brees and Rodgers have the same bye week, picked up the only decent () starter at the time that was available. Although I didn't notice Campbell also has the same one as them so thanks for the reminder to drop him. Just picked up Hill in the hopes he'll be ready by Week 10.

I wouldn't trust the Saints running game against the Steelers. The Saints cannot run the ball right now without their top two RB's.

Do I want the Cowboys, 49ers or Packers Defense? I can pick one up in FA. I think the Broncos will suck, but you never know with the 49ers. The Packers seem banged up, but I now the Jags are terrible.

Who didn't have faith in the Lions in here? CJ and Best are must-start guys, so the only question would be Stafford.

I know personally I love Stafford in the second half of the year, I just wasn't confident starting him this week in his first game back. Next week against the Jets is tough too, but I think after that he's a safe start the rest of the way.
