I was wondering if anybody could tell me a little information on the two most recent Devils draft picks out of Russia, Alex Mikhailisin and Valeri Klimov. They both look to have NHL type size, but what else do they bring to the table and what do they have to work on to become better players?
Thanks very much in advance,
Jared(Devils Editor)

You would think someone would be able to answer these questions......someone must have seen them play sometime during last year.

That's pretty funny - "Harmony" - that's Lada Togliatti....Chemist is Khimik
Both of these Russian defenceman play in a similar manner. Mikhailishin is more of a "stay-at-home" defender, and reacts well to odd man rushes. While Klimov brings pretty much the same skills to the table to a lesser extent, although he did not even play a game last season at Spartak 2.

Thats basicly everything I know about them. What are some strengths and weaknesses other then.
Pros: Size, Age, mean streaks, physical
Cons: Speed, offensive skills, puck movement
Mikhailisin is a decent skater, not a rocket but still has good strides. Klimov, i'm really not too familiar with him so I can't help you much with him...

Thanks for the info. It will help me update the profiles a little easier.
