I rarely get through a full divas match in the first place. I switch back to raw when the diva portion of the show ends. Snooki being on the full time roster does not change that for me.

WWE will sign indy talent if they are good enough. Hell, Tyler Black is in developmental right now (another ROH signing).

I read that creative has pretty big plans for Kong, and want to ensure it gets profile, rather than have her debut get lost in the shuffle of the Mania build.
