RIP Larry Sweeney

Former ROH manager Larry Sweeney passed away Sunday at the age of 29. It is being reported ( but not yet confirmed ) that Sweeney took his own life. Sweeney had been battling drug problems and manic depression.

Confirmed he hung himself. ROH pretty much fired him a few years ago because he was bi-polar. He was a very charismatic guy, could have been a great manager.

Not shocked that he took his own life considering his mental illness, but wow this is a blow.

My favorite Indy worker by far and was hoping for him to go all the way and make in the WWE. He never got that chance (maybe never would have because managers are extinct in the WWE so I digress), but I have always thought he had the potential to be this generation's Bobby Heenan if given the stage. Sweeney was THAT good.
