Espeland

I got a question no1 will answer. Why isnt Espeland a part of the Norwegian nationalteam in Slovakia 2011. I mean we got D problems and hes been playing rly well for Sundsvall. I dnt get why we use a Forward like Morten Ask as D and not Espeland. Not saying Ask is a bad player, but I think he would be better as a forward. :welcome:

Espeland is an offensive D-man and he is not good enough in his own zone to play at this level. Østli was supposed to be our offensive D-man, but he got injured after Sjøgrens dirty hit in the Sweden game. Follestad is in the squad for tonights game.

I think Espeland will be there next year if he can work on his shortcomings.

Well he could be our 7th D . He played very well in Allsvenskan and i believe he could make an impact in this years tournament! I mean Tolle, Holøs, Bonsaksen and Koivu are our best D atm. Ask and Czisar has made some huge mistakes in their own zone. My point is that we therefore could try Espeland. He is young and very talented.
