Two Norwegian goalies got drafted in the NHL-draft yesterday.

Steffen Söberg and Lars Volden. This winter they played on the U-18 team, and U-20 team in the WJC tournament. Boston Bruins draftet Lars Volden who will be the backup goalie for finnish Espoo. While Steffen Söberg was drafted by Washington Capitals and might end up in Färjestad U-20 team or in CHL next season.

I was sitting behind the Wings table and when they crossed Soberg off their list, he was up in their top 60.

Good news for Norwegian hockey. Wasn't really sure if Volden would be picked this time, but luckily he was.
