Now, I'm sure there exist other European leagues for junior players, apart of the ones I know:
- MHL (Russia)
- J20 SuperElit (Sweden)
- Junior SM-liiga (Finland)
I can reasonably say these 3 leagues are major junior hockey leagues in the context of their respective countries. What other "major junior" hockey leagues are there?

Also, how would you rank the European major junior hockey leagues?

as I know, finnish elite/major junior league is called Nuorten SM-liiga in finnish language.
Slovak elite junior league is called "extraliga juniorov", here (http://www.szlh.sk/statistiky/c-090002_l-291) are stats and here (http://www.webhokej24.sk/)interviews, news, results, tabs etc.(click "juniori")
czech elite junior league is called "Noen ELJ", stats here (http://hokej.cz/index.php?lng=CZ&webid=411&view=)
I would say czech is better than slovak

And what about MHL vs. Extraliga juniorov or Noen ELJ? Or J20 SuperElit vs. Nuorten SM-liiga? These five leagues are pretty much what major junior hockey can be found in Europe.

MHL is better then extraliga juniorov. I would say that MHL is also better than Noen ELJ. Just my personal opinion
btw ELJ is extraliga junioru.
