Sharp - Toews - Kane
Bickell - Handzus - Hossa
Saad - Bolland - Frolik
Stalberg - Kruger - Shaw

Keith - Hammer
Oduya - Leddy
Seabrook - Rozy

Sharp - Toews - Kane
Bickell - Handzus - Hossa
Saad - Bolland - Frolik
Stalberg - Kruger - Shaw

Keith - Hammer
Oduya - Leddy
Seabrook - Rozy

Reunite STK to get Toews scoring again. Bickell has earned a temporary promotion to get a little more ice time. I feel bad hanging Hossa out by himself like that, but I think if all else fails he can still carry that line defensively. Saad gets moved down to play a defensive role on a like than can still be dangerous and opportunistic by creating chances from their own end.

Keith and Hammer has been a great pairing so I don't want to touch it. Seabs needs a few less minutes, and I feel that with Rozy that pairing can function as a sort of 2b pairing geared towards defensive situations, with Oduya and Leddy being the 2a geared towards offense.

We need to play to our strengths this game, and I think this redistribution of depth and talent gives us the best combination of a dangerous scoring line with effective depth lines. Let Leddy and Oduya get out their and move the puck.

Edit: Would like to add that there te better alternatives to this lineup... but what are the chances Q out-coaches Babcok or our PP becomes effective?

IMO his agent screwed him a bit, and he probably didn't have realistic expectations. That being said, he's been open about the fact that he know acknowledges he couldn't play at the same level anymore and his knee won't be 100% again. At some point, once he is past all this, I'm sure it will be fine. He may not send Phil Emery Christmas cards, but at some stage he will probably acknowledge to himself that it's a business and it probably couldn't have gone another way.
