It's not about that and that will not be enough. More teams, talent is spread out = lesser competition. We might end up with a league slightly better than Allsvenskan but slightly worse than Elitserien of today. That's not good from a developing point of view. Talents get a lesser league to deveop in and the Swedish national team gets a lesser top league to pick players from.

The teams will have less money. Do you think we can get much more out of a TV deal? I dont think so. More teams to share the same pie. We end up in a situation where players leave for the DEL and the NLA again to make a buck - draining the league even more. We can never do much about the NHL or the KHL but at least we don't lose players to Germany or Switzerland anymore. Today we can compete with those leagues economically.

Ericsson had the best SVS% and GAA in U16 Elit South. Can sometimes let some easy shots get pass him but is capable of making amazing desperation saves. Has represented Östergötland two times in TV-Pucken.
Krantz has very high hockey-IQ. Rarely makes mistakes. Good on the powerplay. Played 27 games with Linköping J18 2012-13.
Nyberg is a smooth-skating defenseman. Good acceleration and speed. Rather weak defensively but has great puck control.
Motéus is a defensive defenseman. Delivers hard hits and is very good infront of the net. Great asset on the PK.
Johansson, Carmefeldt and Davidsson are all fast powerforwards. Neither of them are good at finishing but suites a third line very well.
Hellholm may be one of Sweden's best powerforwards. Plays physical and is always in the right position. Has a good shot as well.
Sebastian Ericsson is apparently moving to Malmö next season. A bit surprising, I thought he would be nr 1 in LHC J18 next season but that probably means Erik Källgren will play J18 next year also.

He was forced to take on a more defensive role for a big part of the year which I think had a negative effect on his scoring and Linköping J20 had a shaky season with a lot of ups and downs. I still think he was one of the more consistent players on the team. He has to wok on speed which is more apparent in international games, but his vision and passing game is great. Next season will be interesting for him since he should probably be on the verge of making the mens team in Elitserien when injuries/suspensions.
