Leafmon, thanks for the note. Don't take me as a Leafs hater. I'm not a fan, but certainly not a hater.
As for Burke, sometimes, he does some great/smart things. I didn't say I thought he was an idiot all the time. However, I think in this case, trading all those picks away for Kessel was a big mistake. I thought it was a bad move at the time, even though I thought Toronto would do better than they did this season. That one of the picks has now turned into the No. 2 selection makes it worse. I think this deal will haunt him for a long time and he has his work cut out for him to make up for it.

I do appreciate you were writing that in a different forum but sometimes the Leaf haters on HF get to me and I mistakingly took you for another. Basically I'm a longterm junior fan and mainly enjoy the prospects reviews on here and realized NHL scouting wasn't the be all and end all around the time Savard was drafted 3 or 4 on his own team ,Ware went in the first round as did Eager.
