The thread where we say nice things about Ryan Callahan

Yep.

Clowes Line 10-09-2011 02:34 PM

I don't get it... Are you some sort of Callahan realist? Are you fed up that we all praise him so much? There is really nothing bad to say about him, he is one of our best players each night.

Callagraves 10-09-2011 02:41 PM

I figure after our season opener, the board seems pretty down. Might was well focus on one of the (very) bright spots in the game.

nyrleetch 10-09-2011 02:42 PM

Great Jersey Number.

Clowes Line 10-09-2011 02:47 PM

He's American.

Placid 10-09-2011 02:53 PM

Is there a place where people say bad things about him ? :)

Generally, Cally is easily one of the guys on the team that one cannot really speak bad about. Sure, he makes mistakes, thats human. But he always leads by example, hitting, blocking and what have you. He rarely if ever "doesnt show up" for a game.

This season, he has easily been the Rangers best and most consistent forward.

iamitter 10-09-2011 02:55 PM

He's not the worst looking guy to ever put on a Rangers uniform.

BlueshirtBlitz 10-09-2011 02:58 PM

O captain, my captain!

Screw You Rick Nash 10-09-2011 02:58 PM

fiedy88 10-09-2011 03:36 PM

His wife is hot.

Swept In Seven 10-09-2011 03:36 PM

He has been our best player not named Lundqvist

thewaitingisover 10-09-2011 04:11 PM

He has those long voluptuous legs

TrollololBoyle 10-09-2011 04:18 PM

How about we focus on the great play so far from Gaborik, Richards, Del Zotto, Girardi and others instead of praising Callahan like usual. Does he need anymore praise? I don't think so.

Florida Ranger 10-09-2011 04:27 PM

We always say nice things about Mr. Callahan. :)

KenGuru 10-09-2011 04:34 PM

USA impressed med alot under the olympics in 2010 and he was one of the most impressing on that team. Wish New York Rangers coul play hockey like they did.

Tanner Glass 10-09-2011 05:02 PM

He was drafted after Wolski

Barbara Underhill 10-09-2011 05:28 PM

He scores from impossible angles.

Ryan Callahan may well become the Stan Musial of hockey. I was watching the game against the Ducks and Pierre was praising him so much it was getting a little ridiculous. The funny thing was that the praise was all warranted. We have a true gem in Callahan peeps, revel in it.

BlueshirtBlitz 10-09-2011 11:10 PM

We could just change the name of HFNYR to "the forum where we say nice things about Ryan Callahan".

Kershaw 10-09-2011 11:12 PM

Best captain since Jagr. :sarcasm:
