Briere, Pronger and Meszaros all celebrate birthdays within the same week or so.

Their ages combined still don't add up to Joan Rivers. ZING!

Happy Bday to our Captain.

Probably not the place, but since we're talking about him, any quotes or anything on his health? Is he 100% or close to it?

If there were any concerns of Chris Pronger's recovery from four different surgeries last season, they can probably be put to rest. He played a team-high 24 minutes, 34 seconds in the opener and also looked strong on the penalty kill.
(Updated 10/08/2011).
Looks like you got your captain back in high gear. Good luck to him -- even though I'm a Habs fan, I've always loved Pronger's sharp, snarky sense of humour.

I forget his exact line but a couple of weeks ago he said he hasn't been 100% since he was seven years old.
