The guy is 50 years old, and he ran it in just over 4 hours?? Do you realize how insane that is?

My girlfriend, at 26 years old, ran it in like 5.5 hours.

The man is an absolute machine.

I did 3:43 when I was in the best shape of my life, the fact that he cranked that at age 50 is nothing short of incredible.

Congrats to Mark. Only people don't know how incredibly harmful marathoning is to your body. An absolutely horrid activity if you care about your health.
