O.K., so who predicted a Kings shutout? :P
Very good game. Still a little concerning because Quick had to absolutely play out of his mind and we still couldn't score more than 2 against a defensively soft team, but obviously we can't complain. At least we took an offensively elite team, forced them to play our game, and shut them down. Very satisfying win. Let's keep things progressing forward! Onto the next game, GO KINGS! |

Really impressed. Lots of little things going on that have adjusted play in a big way. Crawford was great tonight which prevented more than 2 goals, but it's just a matter of time before the Kings get a goal glut game.

BTW, the way we operate in the offensive zone under Sutter is remarkable. Same style, but like he said, little tweaks that need to be made, and holy hell have they been made. I'm excited. |

Kings finally have some fire and really frustrated the Hawks. Playing a more up tempo style closed the speed gap with the Hawks. Murray's Kings always looked a step behind the Hawks. Go Kings Go! |

In the hospital again and had to follow the game on the radio but it was kind of fun actually. I just got the internet back and what a win.
Great job Quick. The team looks like it is starting to play like a cohesive unit again and THIS is the kind of team that can compete for a cup. We may have a long way to go but I LOVE our chances. Way to go KINGS!!!! Way to go HF FANS!!!! Way to go PUCK U for another great job!!!!! |
