Le Sigh... We lost far more than a point. This game won't be forgotten. Feb 12th... Mark it on your calendars.

goosh 01-13-2012 12:30 AM

Absolute horse****. Wasn't even a ****ing hockey game. ****ing joke.

Jason Lewis 01-13-2012 12:30 AM

Can we change the thread title so we don't seem like a bunch of ****ing whiners like Vancouver fans? Seriously?

Live in the Now 01-13-2012 12:30 AM

We lost, weren't screwed. Not like we were going to score a goal after all that garbage with Souray anyway.

BigBrown 01-13-2012 12:30 AM

Well.. That was a game-winning hit if I ever saw one.

Muzzinga 01-13-2012 12:30 AM

sigh

but im so mad

Just hope it isnt a concussion

If only Willie Mitchell's stick had been a few inches away from where it was...damn visor. :shakehead

DAkings20 01-13-2012 12:31 AM

Even though Kopi was in his usual 2 month vacation, he was just starting to play well again.

Were ****ed without him.

BehindEnemyLines 01-13-2012 12:32 AM

It was nice coming back from 2 goals down. A couple weeks ago that would have been impossible. Hope Kopi is ok.

Easy there cupcake, normally I'd agree with you but that was a cluster**** tonight. Downright horrible officiating.

DocWest 01-13-2012 12:32 AM

I hope it isn't a concussion either, but it looked like Kopi's head hit pretty hard.

Vamos Rafa 01-13-2012 12:32 AM

When Bob tells us about a team's record in overtime, what does he mean?

OT Wins only-OT losses only-shootouts (regardless if they win or lose)

or

OT and SO wins-OT losses-SO losses

Ziggy Stardust 01-13-2012 12:32 AM

If this is a glimpse of what could come in the playoffs, then I welcome a series against Dallas. I think it's due time the Kings were involved in a nasty game like this. Here's hoping Kopitar doesn't have a serious injury as a result of that check.

ShattStar03 01-13-2012 12:32 AM

Kings are paying the price for all the success they had in SO last season.

NO :p:

damacles1156 01-13-2012 12:33 AM

Well now we get to see what Mike Richards is really made of. I think Kopi will be out awhile.

This is just not the Kings year, Lets hope Mike can carry this team.

Seconded. Kopitar got rocked. No charging, no boarding, brutal, but under the rules....

Am I the only one thinking that Doughty played pretty terrible tonight?

Sports 01-13-2012 12:33 AM

Stars fan here.
What a strange game that was.
Hope Kopitar's injury isn't serious, and I look forward to the next and last meeting!

Buddy The Elf 01-13-2012 12:33 AM

Time for Richards and loktionov to step up. Hope Kopi isnt done for the season.

Which part? The part in OT where the Stars were going to town in the crease, undoubtedly. The Kopitar/Richards/Morrow part wasn't. Kopitar skates behind the net with his head down far too often and that most definitely will never happen again. Unfortunately it was a lesson he had to learn the hard way.

So you thought the 4 penalties in a row to Dallas that essentially got us back into the game was horrible officiating?

I bet not.

Shellz 01-13-2012 12:34 AM

Jesus christ show the hit on replay. Stop blabbling.
