Lundqvist named "assistant" captain for ASG

Henrik Lundqvist was named the assistant captain for Team Alfredsson, although "alternate captain" is the correct term, but NHL.com fails.

Joffrey Lupul has been named Team Chara's assistant.

Also, John Tortorella will coach Team Alfredsson.
