Phantoms add some muscle

No, it's not McAllister. They called up someone from Memphis in the CHL.

RoDu 10-19-2004 12:01 AM

how the hell did such a skinny kid get so much time in the box?

Roger's Pancreas* 10-28-2004 09:08 PM

Come on now...it's not that hard to slash someone.

RoDu 10-28-2004 10:54 PM

that's alot of slashing

BLACKBURN 10-29-2004 04:32 AM

170lbs, that's either false or you have a guy with gretzky's bodys trying to scrap.

Jysk 10-29-2004 07:59 AM

6,1 210 ... Look at his face, thats not a guy that weights 170

He's not 210 either, it's somewhere in between. Either way, he's not a big guy. He's a willing fighter, but he won't be beatin the heavies.

What's your damn point? Domi was one of the best fighters of all time. He overcame his size and in fact used it to his advantage. That doesn't mean being undersized isn't a disadvantage. Besides, this is a question of weight, since Ivanans overpowered Cote. Domi is and always has been built like a tank, Cote is not. Cote is not in Domi's league, way to go Columbo.

LOL. I love getting you worked up. It's so easy. Columbo not bad bud. My point was he may be not Domi but it was you who stated to me not so long ago size does not matter if someone can go. Never heard of this guy so can't say if he can or can't.

Well I'll tell you right now. He can't, not as a heavy.

So where do you rate him? In the P.J. Stock class? Or a little higher.

Lower. P.J. is small, but as far as technique goes a very very good fighter. He doesn't have the power that Domi has, but Cote just is not skilled enough to overcome his size when it comes to fights. He's a solid middleweight.

flyersrock1 11-01-2004 01:07 PM

So he will never see the light of the NHL sin bin just a minor league player.
