Easton Synergy EQ3 skates

Has anyone had these before? Just got a great deal on these and going to pick a pair up. How do they compare to the EQ30?

First pair of [ice] skates. Right now my rollers are CCM Vector v04. I hear the EQ3 is quite a decent one. Just wondering if anyone has a pair and if so, how they are - also fitting wise compared to CCM.

My opinion? Great skate for house/rec hockey, but not at the original price that it was when it first came out. Tongue is very thin on it compared to others at that pricepoint so make sure your foot isn't too deep for the boot.

Yeah, getting it much less than original price (25% around ;)).

Right now I'm just going to use it on open skate and hopefully soon I'll start some rec league, so guess if the fit is right, not a bad choice then. Thanks.
