Iceland questions

What benefits will an import get to play in Iceland? Will they be provided with housing or just be paid money? Also, I've heard different opinions on the level of play, ranging form Canadian Junior B to Bantam AAA. What do you think? Also, could a player in the top league obtain a job refereeing for the youth leagues? I noticed in a video of a recent Icelandic professional game that one of the linesmen was probably 13-14 years old.

no benefits are likely.what makes you think they are paid?

its about junior B+ level some are better some worse. the best icelandic players usually go onto sweden/norway to develop more. im sure someone could get a job being a ref but if youre looking at that as full time to make a living you shouldnt count on it.
