There's no doubt he's going to be suspended.

Poll upcoming.

I'm guessing 5-10.

Fel 96 02-18-2012 04:08 PM

Well, I don't think Peters is a repeat offender but of course, he will become by tomorrow.

GopherState 02-18-2012 04:09 PM

100% of the vote is none? Wow, what homers!

Fel 96 02-18-2012 04:10 PM

Oh, I see what you did there...

llamapalooza 02-18-2012 04:25 PM

4 games for Backes; he needs to be responsible for his face and making sure it's not in the way of Peters' stick.

I loled.

Haite 02-18-2012 04:34 PM

Didn't PMB get 4? I'd say Peters has to get more than 5.

Oh. Seems like I've lost half of my memory.

Fel 96 02-18-2012 04:40 PM

I don't see how/why Peters would get 5+ games.

I mean, if he was a repeat offender, I could understand it.

Because we are the Wild and Sannahan hates us.

I'm not kidding.

It's the Wild. Someone has to be used as an example...normally it's Minnesota.

forthewild 02-18-2012 04:46 PM

Five games is a minimum, i will say 7

Minnesota 02-18-2012 04:47 PM

It'll be 3 games.

He's not a repeat offender, and there was no injury.

DeuceMN 02-18-2012 04:56 PM

I voted 3 but maybe 4. First time and all.

Eh, I've got nothing else to say. Stupid penalty, he deserves it.

rynryn 02-18-2012 05:05 PM

3. but i'd be okay with a million.

TaLoN 02-18-2012 07:02 PM

I think he'll get 2.

BTW - does it look to anyone else like Powe is lucky Peters struck first? He was about to take a nasty swipe at Backes himself with the butt end of his stick, but by the time it got there Backes was already going down so he actually ducked under Powe's swing.

Jarick 02-18-2012 07:08 PM

Give him 5 games. Probably will make the team better. Good for him for showing a pulse though.

Avder 02-18-2012 07:13 PM

Someone bust out the Shannaban Press-Your-Luck Board.

Fel 96 02-18-2012 07:16 PM

Anybody tried this?
