I know Shelley is having an off year but I think that he could really bring a solid veteran presence to the Tampa locker room. Maybe Shelley and a 3rd for Stamkos? I don't think I would do Shelley and a first but maybe a 3rd.

Tampa would probably need to add lecavalier. And 70 pounds of tasty beef jerky

The Kings would likely do this in a heartbeat. A failing goalie on a nine year expensive contract would be perfect for a team with a tandem of young, talented goalies with cap-friendly contracts. Let's trade Briere for Weber and Suter while we're at it.

No one in their right mind will take him off our hands. He is going to have to play his way out of this funk. His contract is almost as bad as Ryan Howards!
