Edit: Tippet says he hasn't heard on Brule yet.

Brule being "doubtful" is better than I was hoping for quite frankly.

Yes and no, because Tippet said he hasn't checked on Brule yet.

I truly believe Brule will either be out for the rest of the season and playoffs or he will be ready in a week or so. That hit was absolutely brutal. The penalty was called "attempted injury" for ****ing sakes, should have been called attempted murder. With the concussion issues he has had and then to this, I only hope for the best. He was the best pick up the NHL has seen this year, the way he has played, and us only picking him up on re-entry waivers = insane.

Bolduc and Runblad back to Portland. Klesla and Brule back in?

I thought the Stone and Summers experiment went pretty well yesterday, I didn't see much wrong in Chris's game and Stone besides looking a little NHL shocked didn't embarrass anyone, saying that I can't wait to get Rusty back on ice.
For taking a lot of Feb. injuries this team has shown a lot of character, we have witnessed a couple of come from behind wins with some hopeful signs of ending the multi year long laugher of a power play- it shows signs of maybe finally getting respectable.
Getting Brule back in the lineup would be big, but he got racked pretty good and it would surprise me to see him back this week or next, however this team has shown it can win with a system approach and that is huge to me- we didn't go into a tailspin losing Hanzal for a week or two.. bottom line, Tip knows what he is doing.

We need Brule back...he was really playing well, taking the puck to the net, drawing penalties and he was exciting to watch, definitely the best waiver pick up for the Coyotes since you don't heff to be mad.

He was playing SO freaking well. I really hope for his sake he comes back and gets to 100% without lingering issues. For the first time in his career, he was finally looking comfortable. He and Antoine Vermette could be good on a line, too. French connection.
