2. The greater number of games won, excluding games won in the shootout.

It's high time for a new division winner.

Stars99Lobo37 03-08-2012 01:02 AM

Been absolutely embarrassed by the Sharks the past two seasons. Keep em below 2 goals, and ya gotta believe we can win it.

Kari's first match up of the season against the Sharks...and his first since getting shelled in that 6-0 loss last season.

DallasFan 03-08-2012 05:22 AM

I hope that Morrow will return to the game tonight. Sharks are always difficult to defeat but since Oilers won against them why we wouldn't be supposed to win? ITS OUR TIME!!! GO!!! ST/\RS!!!

Modo 03-08-2012 05:35 AM

Just win.

Go Stars Go!! :yo:

This is our chance to really make a statement to the rest of the Pacific division....let's kick the Sharks while they are down, we deserve to be in that top spot right now.

CRSeven 03-08-2012 09:46 AM

Come on, Stars!

Please win, so I can rub the win and Pacific division in all these stupid Sharks fans' face up here.

ElGuapo 03-08-2012 10:50 AM

Hope my DVR guide is wrong. It shows Pac 10 basketball tournament on FSSW+.

What service do you have? I know Directv has been showing college basketball on FSSW+ when the Stars were supposed to be playing, but they have been putting it on channels like FSOK and some of the RSN feeds. I'll have to check when I get home....I better be able to watch this game.

Showing the same thing for me on Verizon. I'm thinking this is maybe one of those games they changed late? Maybe not? Surely they'll change over?

Watching the morning skate recap on the Stars site, Gully mentioned that Ott was sick the entire Western Canadian road trip and still didn't feel good this morning. Don't remember it being mentioned on the road trip, but wows if he was sick during that Vancouver game.

I think Razor mentioned last broadcast that he was sick in Calgary..As for my TV, I have Suddenlink in San Angelo. They suck(don't even offer Center Ice), yet amazingly do have FSSW+ in HD. Let's just hope they show the game tonight.

Elysian 03-08-2012 02:11 PM

I'll be on the road to Washington state during the game... Will be listening via 3G streaming of The Ticket though. Really hoping for a win here.

ReverendAlBundy 03-08-2012 03:42 PM

Dont have a good feeling about this one. Hopefully they prove me wrong.

Stars99Lobo37 03-08-2012 04:39 PM

Know I posted this on the injury thread but now Heika is saying Dowell was activated from IR just incase Ott isn't able to overcome his sickness for tonight's game.

We need Ott for this one. His trolling is usually super effective against Thornton and the other sissies.

Super effective in getting them started and us losing.

piqued 03-08-2012 05:01 PM

Exactly. Watch the Sharks when they're not playing Ott & the Stars, they're usually giving like 75% of the effort they do against us.

Kritter471 03-08-2012 06:25 PM

I don't miss Suddenlink.

Nullus Reverentia 03-08-2012 06:29 PM

If we lose, that is mildly OK.
