Hagelin autographs Wednesday

Watching the Anaheim/Colorado game, and there was a commercial announcing a Hagelin signing at the All American Ford in Hackensack, 520 River Street Hackensack NJ. Weds March 14, 5-7:30PM with free autographs

SnowblindNYR 03-12-2012 08:49 PM

Why are all of these autograph signings in some bum **** place in New Jersey. When will they come to the city.

Hagelin and Stepan just did free autograph signings at two different Chase's in the city on February 17th for hockey weekend in New York.

I should be able to get there as I work about 10 minutes away.

What should I get autographed?

The only jerseys I have are Gretzky white liberty, Richter blue liberty, and Lundqvist Heritage.

I'd print a high quality photo.

Because the place is paying Hagelin to come sign. If a place in the city would pay, they'd go there.

got back a little while ago...i would say about 250 people ....he signed everything I brought with me...seemed like a good guy

Yup, these guys don't just show up to sign autographs on their off days out of good will.... $$$$$

Victory* 03-14-2012 07:51 PM

I love that these places that hire the players to sign autographs there think they'll even get an ounce of publicity out of it.

Victory* 03-14-2012 07:52 PM

Not that people won't come, they obviously will, but none of them will get an ounce of a ******* about the cars.

ryan41 03-14-2012 10:10 PM

got there like 5:10 and the line was wrapped around the front side of the building facing the main street....waited like 20 min to get in ...but yeah when we walked out the line was almost gone moved really quick and things pretty much cleared out by that time.... I should have went later and would have been in and out....maybe 250 would be on the high side but i would say def. 200

Crazy.

I took my kid there for Parise in December. Biggest mistake ever.

Outside of having to listen to dork Devil fans for 2 hours, the line was insane. Complicating matters was the freezing cold.

Took my disappointed son home after like 90 minutes.

The fact that it was Hagelin and a Wednesday probably impacted the turnout greatly.

Either way, good for you folks that didn't have to wait long.

ryan41 03-15-2012 12:30 AM

Yeah if it was a more popular ranger and on a weekend it would have probably been a more frustrating experience ha... It was all real quick

Conz 03-15-2012 01:37 PM

got there 4:30, waited behind about 50 people, got in, got 2 pucks signed, and he gave me a photo too for no reason. Nice kid from the 15 seconds I talked to him, pretty cool that he gave me the extra autograph.

Yeah but think about it. At least a few of those 250 people will be buying or leasing a new car in the future or knows someone that will. When they think of what dealership to go to, I guarantee whatever dealership this signing was at would be high on their list because of the courtesy they showed by having a free autograph signing. If ONE person turns around and buys a car from them because of this autograph signing, then they will have made a profit (because I'm sure they're not paying Hags more than the price of a new car).

Conz 03-15-2012 02:06 PM

if i strike it rich soon, I'll gladly go there to buy my Shelby
