This game actually has me wanting Washington and Buffalo to knock Ottawa out of the playoffs.

******* Ottawa
******* Karlsson the greaser

South Beach 03-26-2012 11:14 PM

This loss is on the coaches. Need to play their players smarter.

King Woodballs 03-26-2012 11:15 PM

I blame pavs
Clearly his fault his defense plays like **** and he always needs to bale them out

Lynk 03-26-2012 11:15 PM

Pavelec has started 64 games this season and will most likely play about 68-69.

Once Mason showed he was a more than capable backup the coaching staff should not have messed with that. What do we get from this, a worn out and tired Pavelec down the stretch and ice cold Mason.

jesus. that was an infuriating game. The struggle we seem to have to get the puck over our blue line and out of the zone is incredible. Even when it seems like theres not much pressure half the time the puck ends up hitting an opposing player and bouncing back in...frustration factor 10! And the give-aways! Yikes!

Pavs was pissed too.

testinz 03-26-2012 11:16 PM

Fun game for Sens.

Pavelec did great... your defense suck this game!

Sorry man... as appropriate as your thread title is, we need a little more of a description

I guess we all knew it was going to happen.

This team is just a little too young, and a little too underskilled at forward.

I really hope Chevy acts on some of the stuff he's seen this year. If he stands pat with this roster I will be very disappointed.

Next! The New York ****ING RANGERS!:rant::rant::rant::rant:

Coaching staff should also figure out how to play the fourth line more than five minutes over the ENTIRE game.

jetkarma 03-26-2012 11:17 PM

Some players stepped up though and that is good to know going into the off season , and also good to know who didn't step up as well.

Gnova 03-26-2012 11:18 PM

Where did these people suddenly come from.

The loss was not Pavs fault. The D was awful this game but it was still tied going into the last couple minutes.

Coaching's fault? You are sounding like a ****ing Capital fan now.

Iamok 03-26-2012 11:18 PM

Thanks for the heart attack.

Sincerely,

Every Sens fan.

(No seriously, great game)

HookeyPlayer 03-26-2012 11:18 PM

:( Well sucks that the Canadian team representing the East in the playoffs will likely not be the one with a military background, but the Sens. Hope this cheers u up.

The thing I'm gonna leave this season wondering about the most is Noel's distribution of lines, ice time, and the goalies.

wpgyotes 03-26-2012 11:18 PM

It wasn't Pavs fault. The defensive zone coverage was atrocious all night long. Sens camped out in the crease back door, defenceman allowed to walk in and blast shots from the top of the circle unimpeded. The Jets need to become a better defensive team if they expect to win consistently at this time of year.

This river boat gambler approach looks fun and all, but it doesn't make a winner.
