2012 Entry Draft: Top 10 Montreal Canadiens Wish List (Poll #9)
We can very much assume that the 2011-2012 edition of the Montreal Canadien will finish in the bottom third of the NHL standing. With that in mind, what would be the top 10 players from the 2012 Entry Draft that the Habs should be targeting as their first selection? To reformulate the question: in order, what is the 10 players the fans on this board want to see wear the Canadiens jersey in the future.

In a series of 10 consecutive poll, ten players will be up for voting each round. The first ten players up for voting will be taken from the latest International Scouting Service list. You will be invited to nominate a player to be add in each rounds.

The poll should last between 24-48 hours and will be close automatically. In case of a tie, a poll between the best nominees will be add. In case of a tie for the player to add onto the list, the first one to receive the tying amount of vote will be the winner.

Voted Collberg.

There is no point doing more polls, I think none of these will be picked in the top 5 and they're not within our reach for the 2nd round.

Brendan Gaunce looks promising as a big centreman

This series of poll was started when the Canadiens had the chance to finish outside the top-5. It is indeed impossible for the Habs to pick lower than 9th overall, however, although unlikely, the Habs could either trade down or pick someone we never anticipated them to do. There was surprise top-5 picks in the last few drafts. Carey Price was a small one in 2005 for us. Tomas Hickey of the Los Angeles Kings was also a very surprising one.

We will stop after the 10th poll.
