ECQF Game #2: Rangers vs Sens

Discuss.

Need to stay out of the box and get the cycle going.

Net Front Presence 04-14-2012 08:08 PM

Ottawa has nothing 5 on 5. Just stay out of the ****ing box and we have nothing to worry about.

Fitzy 04-14-2012 08:08 PM

Too many cheapshots. PIMs getting astronomical.

He hasn't been playing. 2:38 TOI.

Just saw Gaborik doesn't even have a shot on goal...that HAS to change in the third. Our star player being invisible even for one game does not bode well.

Yep. We've outplayed them. Score a goal and ice this ****.

NCRanger 04-14-2012 08:08 PM

That Charles Barkley dressed as a woman Weight Watchers commerical was just plain disturbing.

DoTheBlue 04-14-2012 08:09 PM

1 period to set this **** right.

Cresto 04-14-2012 08:09 PM

Gonna boys... make me proud

Barbara Underhill 04-14-2012 08:09 PM

If we lose it's because we beat ourselves, which I don't think will happen. Torts will have them fired up and refocused for the third.

GregSirico 04-14-2012 08:10 PM

Rule 1: Stay out of the penalty box
Rule 2: SHOOT THE PUCK
Rule 3: Stay out of the penalty box and SHOOT THE PUCK

We have matched them on the physical play but don't do anything with the puck.

We didn't even set up a play in the second period. Anderson could have been replaced with a stop sign out there and it wouldn't have mattered.

Florida Ranger 04-14-2012 08:10 PM

Those smoking commercials have some ****ed up ****.

I Am Chariot 04-14-2012 08:10 PM

One shift at a time... And they get the short change this period. Bring their best for 20 and win

trilobyte 04-14-2012 08:11 PM

Rupp had less than 3 minutes, I should have checked that myself. No wonder I didn't notice him.

Just play with focus and intensity.

Lets Go Rangers!!

Cresto 04-14-2012 08:11 PM

Let's stay positive boys... keep the complaining down and bear down and watch this 3rd period!!

OverTheCap 04-14-2012 08:11 PM

Kind of disappointed in Hags. He seems like such a smart player so I was surprised that he got his elbows up on Alfie, especially since he suffered a concussion earlier in the year. That's not what the Rangers are about. I'm sure Hags will learn his lesson from this, though, he must feel pretty bad.

Kershaw 04-14-2012 08:11 PM

Goodbye Hagelin. Hello Chris Kreider.

I Am Chariot 04-14-2012 08:12 PM

This is where guys like Richards and Feds assert their leadership. Go out there and dominate your shift.

GregSirico 04-14-2012 08:12 PM

Got to get focused for the third period. Keep our composure and play OUR game. Do not let them get in our heads and take stupid penalties.

SupersonicMonkey* 04-14-2012 08:12 PM

What ref is #29???

Pathetic POS leaning against the boards with his hand on his hip while his colleagues fight to break up a line brawl?

What a pathetic waste.

Hellion 04-14-2012 08:12 PM

So whats the outlook for Hagelin you guys thing? Suspension?
Kreider in next game then I would think?

NCRanger 04-14-2012 08:12 PM

Have a bad feeling a puck is going to take a bad bounce off a skate onto Jason Spezza's stick, and he'll put a shot that will bounce off another stick into the net.

The Perfect Paradox 04-14-2012 08:12 PM

Get it done, boys!
