Not a whole lot. Miller was incensed over the referees not calling penalties when players launch themselves into the air and was rolling his eyes at Crosby's antics, but maintained his professionalism that he wouldn't call anyone a punk or such on the air. He expressed caution that the Kings can't get arrogant and they haven't been dominating the Canucks as soundly as the scoreboard indicates. Thinks Quick deserves more recognition and is starting to believe that he is vaulting himself to be a high quality goaltender this postseason. etc etc...

You could hear him roll his eyes on the radio?

When I typed that, I knew this comment would follow. Just a figure of speech. :P He sounded unimpressed, was laughing at how hysterical the Flyer radio broadcast was in response to Crosby, and just seemed withdrawn from such antics; he just sighed them off as inevitabilities of the postseason.

First off, thanks for LBFF for the heads-up.

The two items that were mildly interesting to me were: (1) maybe I'm reaching, but I inferred from what Miller said that management was almost viewing the goaltending situation coming into 11/12 as an "open competition," until they saw Quick's early-season performance (due, according to Miller, to Quick's diligence during the off-season); (2) how genuinely bitter Miller is about not being able to call any further 2012 playoff games (then again, we're all bitter about that, aren't we)...
