The interior sucks, though. You sit about a mile from the ice even if you're in the lower bowl.

Marty Straka 05-03-2012 12:18 PM

6:15AM.. little to early for me lol... and that's gotta be the strangest arena ever!

BalticWarrior 05-03-2012 12:22 PM

Lets see if italy can pull a mircale in this game.

Schalkenullvier* 05-03-2012 12:22 PM

really looking forward to it, but what's with the early puck-drop? I don't mind it, but 12 in the morning seems like a stupid time to start a game even for europeans.

kes81sel 05-03-2012 12:37 PM

Germany should have this

TheFatOne 05-03-2012 12:46 PM

No Barta!?

FrozenFloor 05-03-2012 12:53 PM

Ehrhoff said no due to injury

The Right Price 05-03-2012 01:33 PM

Is Endras starting for Germany?

I think he will only play 1 of the next two games. My gut tells me he won't play tomorrow and will be used against Latvia on Sunday.

It's not that bad...I've been there several times, and as long as you not too high up, you get a decent view of the action.

But it's not the best as a hockey arena, I admit.

It's a very cool landmark for Stockholm though.

IIHFjerseycollector 05-03-2012 07:54 PM

italy has a shot. hopefully bellisimo is in net and sirianni scores a pair..

sliceOFtrance 05-03-2012 11:07 PM

Ger 3-0

Canada4Gold 05-03-2012 11:58 PM

The Bored Man 05-04-2012 12:13 AM

There's a Group S? How many teams are in this tournament?

Baba Booey 05-04-2012 12:39 AM

Is Guilio Scandella any relation to Marco Scandella?

Someone had to play to fit the schedule.

You're probably half joking, but I'm assuming we have Group Helsinki and Group Stockholm due to the new tournament structure. I actually like this longer round robin.

Maverick41 05-04-2012 01:52 AM

Sinan Akdag won't be playing. He is going to sit this one out along with Pätzold, Reul and Pietta. Vier Spieler bleiben erst einmal draussen
