I would love to go to the Hockeytown game, but I just don't think it's do able. Maybe I will drive down to Baltimore.

Iron Balls McGinty 06-13-2012 03:16 PM

When did the RBC Center become PNC Arena?

Must have been when the lettering started to fall off.

PNC Bank bought out RBC Bank.

 nice.

All pre-season games are against eastern conference foes. With the new 3 conference alignment not taking effect yet, is it possible the NHL has flip flopped us and Winnipeg? that would be so awesome!

I highly doubt it. But it would be nice.

All eyes on Columbus Oct 19 as Luongo opens up against his former team...

If they somehow end up playing more than one game in St. Paul, I will be most pleased :D

One would assume; I was more thinking along the lines of "what if they did something wacky with the schedule".

I might be the only Jackets fan in the world who would be happy if the team somehow ended up with 4 away games at MN ;)

I hope that he ment to say the 9th, because you are right if the home opener is the 19th that would likely mean a big road trip to start the season.

If there is a big road trip to start the season I hope it's a east coast trip, because I might make a road trip out of myself. :yo:

There are 12 Friday night games, 6 Saturday nights and three Sundays. They are at home New Years eve against Chicago. 10 Tuesday games.

so roughly half of the schedule on weekends...not bad. Wish there were more Saturday and Sunday games though. Love that we have another NYE home game. Those are always a blast, and I think this is 3 years in a row.

Socks 06-21-2012 10:31 AM

Unless I'm mistaken... wasn't the last NYE game against Chicago the infamous "somebody's gotta get in there! Vandemeer's gotta get in there!!!..... it's too late." game?
