Pacioretty / Chara Article from CSNNE

written by Haggerty - interesting were it not for his ****ing idiotic reference to Montreal's fan-base,in some kind of weird moral equivalency of chara as 'victim'. more ****ing denial from boston

there's some surreptitious apologist boston shiite going on in it. it masquerades as a 'feel good' article

But time heals all wounds, and the Bruins Captain was pleased to see Pacioretty named as one of the Masterton Trophy Finalists for Wednesday’s NHL Awards ceremony at the Wynn Casino and Resort.
Glad Chara was able to get over it.

We Have Pacioretty the Bruins don't win ****!

Anyways time to turn the page, Patches had a great season

LyricalLyricist 06-19-2012 09:48 PM

Who cares? Pacioretty recovered and Chara got away with it. It's been said already, lets move on.

Spin doctors are everywhere in this day and age

So let's take a hypothetical look at a different montreal angle.

Let's say a fan were to "Gillooly" Chara
That fan can then claim that they didn't know where he/she was on the ice/parking lot/lobby/bar.
A couple of years later someone can write an article about how this fan was finally getting over the "Gilloolying" of Chara

Just imagine the possibilities

Watsatheo 06-19-2012 09:56 PM

The Habs should retire his number for the amount of distress some fans ended up putting him through.

LOL typical Boston media, trying to be classy, but throwing jabs at the same time.

In 5 years, the hit will be a favor that Chara did to Pacioretty, 'cause it'll have made him the player he'll be.

I'm just glad Chara was able to recover from that deep emotional damage he suffered, what a warrior he is. It's a shame he wasn't nominated for the Masterton.

FlyingKostitsyn 06-19-2012 10:16 PM

If Pacioretty is a grinder than so is Bergeron

Gotta love Bruins fan. This could have been a good article if it wasn't tainted by the idiocy that so often surrounds that team.

Pretty sure number 33 is already retired :/

His website is called HacksWithHag.

He's on the low end of the spectrum when it comes to hockey journalism. He's an obvious Bruins homer, I thought that was pretty clear by now.

overlords 06-19-2012 11:47 PM

Let's all agree to stop giving him hits, then.
