Injury question

I have a sharp pain in my left bicep (top hand) and the pain goes down to my hand.

Do I have tennis elbow? If not, how long should I rest?

Thanks for your help!

Give it a couple weeks. You can't power through tendon issues and the more you aggravate them, the longer it takes for it to heal. If it's is a mild case, two weeks with some ice and IBUs and you will be fine.

I have no idea but if it's a real nagging pain that doesn't subside after a few days hit the doctor. Usually muscle pains suck for a day or two then start to get better.

Tennis elbow for me was a big "fatigue" type pain just above the back of the elbow going down the forearm. I switched to a lighter stick and it went away in a few days.

cool, thanks for the info. yea right now its kind of a dull throb in my bicep area, and then a kind of numbness from the back of my elbow down.

i think the bicep thing is just a muscle strain, so i could probably just wait it out for the week. im wondering if maybe my technique is wrong? i know for a fact my flex is too stiff for me, but its what i got until the new sticks come in.
