Matt Bradley could return to Penguins!!!

http://bangbodies.com/

According to @ekngoofball on Twitter as he informs us, former Penguin forward Matt Bradley could be returning to Pittsburgh this season.

Bradley, the 34 year old, 10-year NHL veteran is apparently being flown into Pittsburgh for a physical. If he passes, word is he will be offered a 1 year, 1-way contract to add some grit and depth to the 4th line of the Penguins.

Really? We need another 4th line guy?

clefty 07-11-2012 07:32 PM

According to who?

Who could possibly beat us now?

There's no way I'm clicking on a link for bangbodies.com.

Don't we have enough bottom 6ers? Plus, wouldn't this be disruptive for soon to be Penguin Alex Semin after those disparaging comments a while back?

Blitzburgh87* 07-11-2012 07:39 PM

Hell yes!

farscape1 07-11-2012 07:40 PM

Whats wrong with bangbodies.com?

Jules Winnfield 07-11-2012 07:43 PM

heh heh, bang bodies, heh heh...

Matt Bradley means no Sasha Semin. Probably some Caps fan who is ill at the thought of Semin playing on the Pens who put this rumor out there.

You'll see how many more bottom6 players we need after TK goes on the first line. :sarcasm:

bathroomSTAAL 07-11-2012 07:44 PM

Does Matt Bradley really deserve 3 exclamation points in the title?

Let's just say when I see the words 'bang' and 'bodies', hockey isn't the first thing that comes to mind.

Sidney the Kidney 07-11-2012 07:47 PM

I had to look up his profile on hockeydb.com to be sure he played for the Penguins before.

Yet lot of bodies are bang'd during an NHL game :sarcasm:

A sign of the times; Bradley was one of 3 Pens to play every game in the 2003-4 season, along with Konstantin Koltsov and Mike Eastwood. The three forwards combined for 20 goals.

Yep.

Wooo! The real #71 representin'!

farscape1 07-11-2012 07:53 PM

Last season with the Florida Panthers, Bradley posted 8 points (3+5), 31 PIM and 134 hits in 45 games.

And since you guys love fights, from Bangbodies.com, dam i think the guy that does that site is a memeber here. Anyway the site has this fight up.

wej20 07-11-2012 07:56 PM

Not sure we need another grinder but there we go.

I'm sorry, but again - who the hell is ekngoofball?

JTG 07-11-2012 08:00 PM

If true, I'm glad Ray saw our 4th line as a big of a problem as I did. With Glass and possibly Bradley, centered by Vitale, we now that 4th line that has **** stirring qualities, and can change the course of a game with a big shift.

Craig Patrick will rue the day he didn't tender him a qualifying offer back in 2006. The winger we've all been waiting for is just toiling away for Salavat Yulayev Ufa the last few years. Sometimes life isn't fair.

I hope Matia Marcantuoini can replace him in my heart as an alliterative fast-skating prospect.

There's still time, he's only 31. Plenty of upside.

Matty Macaroni? I like him already.

Does this mean Adams goes?

Over DB's dead body. That's the big reason I don't see this happening unless it's a 2-way deal.
