WeThreeKings 07-17-2012 08:28 PM

Analyzer 07-17-2012 08:31 PM

I'd say go to 30 and stop.

KadrüH 07-17-2012 08:34 PM

Can't believe Nash wasn't picked yet.

crakced 07-17-2012 08:38 PM

I have to agree about Nash. 6' 3" dman who put up 30 points in his AHL rookie season. Was injured all year, but he was on the fringe of the NHL the year before. Certainly can't be our 24th best prospect.

Neutrino 07-17-2012 08:52 PM

Sigh

Pribyl, like 10 turns too late...

Scotianhab 07-17-2012 10:51 PM

Nash.

Add Cichy.

PsychoticHab 07-17-2012 10:52 PM

Brendon Nash

Add Chichy

JAVO16 07-17-2012 10:56 PM

Nash, this guy got a cup of coffee in the NHL and hasn't proven that he doesn't belong. He's more advanced than most of the guys remaining will ever get. I think this of a couple of guys above him too.

patsbury 07-17-2012 11:25 PM

Pribyl, add a pile of pucks

Nash will be my next pick

I hope next season is going to be big for Archambault, the kid has all the talent in the world, but cannot put it together.

Galchenyuk94 07-18-2012 12:36 AM

Nash, again. Add whoever

Flambergius 07-18-2012 12:53 AM

Didn't vote, don't know anything about the players still on board ... but damn, we need goalies bad.

Krnage 07-18-2012 03:24 AM

Daniel Pribyl

WeThreeKings 07-18-2012 08:57 AM

After Poll 25, we will be doing multiple vote polls to rank the rest.

YMCMBeaulieu 07-18-2012 09:04 AM

Didier, he reminds me a lot of Ellis.. isn't flashy but gets the job done defensively and he also has some good size. Was torn between him and Pribyl..

I don't think it should be a big surprise since the draft was just last month, so those kids will be getting a lot of hype and Nash being out an entire season means people tend to forget about him.

Nash should be more advanced as he's going to turn 26 towards the end of next season. He should be very good for the Dogs as long as you stick him with someone that's solid in their own end like Pateryn or Ellis.

Didier moves well for such a big kid, but hasn't shown any offensive upside yet. Looking forward to seeing how he does at DU next season. Pribyl it's tough since most people won't see him play outside of the wjc's where he was battling an injury, but once he comes over we'll get a good look at just what he can do going forward.

bcv 07-18-2012 09:35 AM

Pateryn should get more love.

NCAA almost always get underrated in these polls.

Keep repeating myself, but definitely one of the guys I'm looking forward to watching play in Hamilton next season.

That said, I voted Pribyl because I think I think he has very good tools to work with. And I think Nash deserves to go next. Then Pateryn for sure!

InglewoodJack 07-18-2012 01:24 PM

Dustin Walsh is way too underrated. I feel like he's going to be an NHLer.

Habsfan18 07-18-2012 01:31 PM

Daniel Pribyl.

Hard to say as he's missed so much time, at this point I wouldn't pencil him in as even getting an NHL contract next summer before we lose his rights. If the hip continues to bother him, not sure they would sign him as we'll have Kristo, Thrower, Dietz, Archambault, and Pribyl, all turning pro plus perhaps Bennett leaves early and they have to make a decision on Nygren before June 1st as well. So they could be up against the 50 contract limit depending on how things go throughout the year.
