I modelled my entire game after him, and was probably the only 11 year old goaltender you would ever see dashing out to the blue line to play the puck or wacking another kid with the old blocker if he crashed my net. When Eddie came to Dallas and won the cup It was a pretty happy moment for me, but when he went on to Toronto I had to let him go because nobody from my neck of the woods would cheer for the Leafs.
