Miami Herald had an article of all South Florida team's club seats:
Panthers' Club Red, Dolphins' Liv, Heat's Hyde and Marlins' Clevelander.

There has been some doubts if Club Red can be sold out, but Yormark thinks so:
"He said sales so far are “pretty good” and he anticipates being sold out by the middle of the hockey season. Yormark said he’s confident that there’s a market for the product, despite the lingering effects of the recession."

What do you think of price, just for hockey games, $9500 (not sure if it includes playoffs), it's about $220 per game (43 games). How much are most expensive lower bowl seats, $100-$150?

SSE thinks that project will pay itself in short time:
"County records show that about $5 million of an overall $7.7 million loan from the county is paying for the project; SSE expects the club to pay for itself between one and two years if it sells out as expected."

thats much less than i thought the initial projections were. According to Panthers website, season tickets last year for all inclusive ADT club were similar-9000.
