Kea. Add Peterson.
|
He's been overshadowed by the drafting of Ullmark, but I'm going to go with Knapp here. One cannot forget his excellent senior season at Miami. If he can just get his lateral quickness up a bit, he could be an NHL goaltender.
Add Lieuwen. |
Kea by a hair over Ullmark.
Add Lieuwen |
This may be the toughest vote yet. I'll go with Ullmark based on ceiling alone. He needs to show me something in the SEL or else he'll slip back down. Add Peterson.

Ullmark.
Add Lieuwen. Ullmark though is probably the guy who could move the most--in either direction--in the midseason rankings, especially with more eyes watching him on this board. |
Ullmark again and Lieuwen again.

It may be because he was a late round pick and I didn't expect much from him this early, so he's all hyped up in my mind, I guess time will tell :) |
Huh. Surprised so many people have Ullmark above Knapp. Anyway.. Kea, add Lieuwen

Ullmark looks like he has better tools than Knapp. Connor's got to get better moving, if he does, awesome since he takes up most of the net even when he's in the butterfly. Ullmark's nearly as big and has no such issue.
|
Ullmark, add Lagace
|
guess I'm kinda out there on Varone island
Add Lieuwen |
On the Ullmark thing, do we have confirmation on what level he's going to play at this year?
I don't know how accurate these are but he seems like he's going play in the SuperElit primarily again next year. I don't know what the level of competition is there but it's hard for me to rank European players too highly until they are at their country's version of the Elite League. I know he impressed in Developmental Camp but right now I place him in the "Has Tools, Need to See it Translated" category. Modo 2012-13 roster Ullmark, eliteprospects.com |

Meant to vote for Ullmark, acidentally chose Schiestel.
Add Boychuk. |
Just noticed Biega wasn't an add option...is he too old? I'd imagine he'd be added next IMO.

Kea, add Lieuwen
