Finally confirmed.

Sharppi 09-20-2012 09:37 PM

Yay, hopefully there will be a stream.

Fel 96 09-20-2012 09:44 PM

I doubt it.

Wouldn't be surprised if we see some videos on the Aeros YT channel though.

Vashanesh 09-20-2012 09:58 PM

Holy crap, I might actually be able to go to one of these!

TaLoN 09-21-2012 12:30 AM

It's football season... no way can I make it to the sunday one... and since I work saturdays... I'm out.

Pffft! I don't record games to watch later! I watch them live or nit at all.

Victorious Secret 09-21-2012 01:38 AM

I can't watch them live. Its without commercials or not at all.

TaLoN 09-21-2012 04:17 AM

Commercials allow you to keep a beer in hand and snacks available without missing a play.

squidz* 09-21-2012 12:34 PM

Yeah, while the NFL has too many commercials now (seriously? Two minute break, then kickoff, then immediately to another two minute break?) the structure of the game and commercials really gives you the opportunity to get up and get another drink or some food from the kitchen. You never have to worry about missing a play because you know exactly when it's going to start again.

Victorious Secret 09-21-2012 12:35 PM

DVR and VHS allow you to pause and get it yourself, rather than have a lapse. If you have beer and snacks every commercial break I bet you look like pre-Subway Jared. Since I know this isn't true I can determine you don't use this every commercial break so you have to sit through some. Advantage: DVR/VHS

If you use DVR/VHS and actually ever interact with the outside world, odds are the outcome of the game will be learned prior to the viewing of said game. Match: Live.

I usually hit up the grocery store when the Vikings game starts so the store is dead, then an hour later I can come back and catch up and usually catch the end live.

Gotta love the benefits of not caring about football.

Plus, I get to troll the Fantasy Football thread.

Victorious Secret 09-21-2012 03:40 PM

I'm able to sever my connections from the outside world before watching a DVRed game. Its harder, but its worth it to save an hour.

TZM 09-21-2012 05:30 PM

Wild.com will carry a live stream of both scrimmages.

Sept 29 and 30.

Victorious Secret 09-21-2012 06:14 PM

Awesome!

Wow, I'm surprised by this.

Can't wait!

I'll probably be at Saturday's scrimmage for sure.

Same here. Gotta work Sunday, but I can at least see one of the two days.

Victorious Secret 09-22-2012 02:52 PM

I'm expecting full, in-depth reports on every player there by all of you.
