Official GM Connected Xbox 360: UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT
 

This is a brand new league that will start at ground one today. anyone who is marked as RESERVED needs to join the new league "HFBoards Devils", any OPEN teams are free game (even from the reserved teams) just message me on here or post in the thread. i'll give probably 2 weeks or so before i start simming but please, while everyone is signing up, only play users until we know for sure how many real people will be in the league. Also, the reason last league failed was because Jasonthenicest kinda disappeared. if he comes back this league will probably be null and void.

RULES:

1. No quitting games... It seems this mode does not have a sim after your opponent wins. If I get a compliant with a GM quitting there games more then 3 times, you will be kicked from the league... If this seems harsh it's not. When someone quits the game doesn't count... So if you are winning 6-0 and the other user quits the game does not count and the player that quit does not receive any in game punishment. Connection issues are a different story and I can be contacted about that also. You have 82 games in the season, If you lose it's okay... You can always tank the season for high picks.

2. We will be playing TWO WEEK segments I am going to try and set a deadline for these games to be completed within 2 WEEKS of the sim. No matter if all the games are played, It just to get into a rhythm that at midnight 3 days from the last sim it will sim again, to move this LONG season along.

3. Trading... will all be monitored and have to be accepted by the Commisioners for them to go through... So even if the other team accepts it doesn't mean we will... There will be no trading super future picks for current stars. It has to be even in my eyes as well as the other team thats involved in the trade. Plus I don't care for the idea of trading Crosby for Ovi vice versa... I'd like to keep the trades real but that doesn't mean no blockbuster trades are allowed... they just should be realistic to a degree. Which will be determined by me or if I can't decide it will go through a vote from the league.

4. Be nice and have fun. Simplest but most important rule of them all.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Next Friday open season will begin. all RESERVED tags will be removed unless previously informed, and you can trade and play computer teams.

i'm going to be pretty lenient on the trades front, but please no franchise player trades unless they pass the smell test. Malkin for Ovechkin? go ahead thats reasonable, but 5 different pieces for Crosby is a big no go. so go ahead and make a team that you like and go to town, just try to keep things fair for the other team because people who join in late and may want those guys spefically on their squad

Well, that was **** by me. I don't think I've ever seen 3 goals against on delayed penalties.

Rinne was brutal, just little dinky slappers were flying by him

Eh, that entire game was a cluster****. I'm just gonna write it off as rustiness and move on. I took so many penalties it wasn't even funny. Hell, even the penalty shot was after a delayed call, too
