Nike Training - The Program
Has anyone done this program for the full 12 weeks? I have about 2 months off over winter break before I'm back on the ice and I'm looking to train like its a summer.

It looks like a good program, lots of videos and there's a full pdf version. I'm a little concerned about the lack of weights, as I'm also looking to pack on a little size with my time off.

Wow. No reason for any hockey player not to take advantage of the professional expertise and do the programs. I've been thinking lately ice hockey is so expensive, the real work is practicing and the game is a time to show off or test where you're at.

Very kind that it's up on utube, thanks for turning us on to this! I might really give the "in season" a try and post back how I'm doing.

I dabbled a bit last summer but it felt like I was jumping around from exercise to exercise. I have reverse ADD with workouts and would rather do 1-3 things really well than 15 things poorly.

I've been looking for something to do, this fits the bill perfectly. Thanks!

Thank you. Will definitely look into this. I used to go on daily runs and it's getting way too cold for that plus I was getting bored with it. Hopefully this serves as a new workout program for myself.

I saw it few months ago.. It's not bad but you need big room for this and all the expensive practising stuff. I'll just stick with good old push ups, squats, runs etc... :)
