Jim Hiller, Coach, Tri-City Americans

Couldn't find a thread on Tri-City. Just wondering what you think of the job Jim Hiller has been doing with the team. I'm not an expert on Tri-City but it looks to me like they lost some key pieces this summer, yet they're still doing very well. How much of it do you think is due to Hiller?

Shinnimin was a loss, but they've kept the majority of their core and Ty Rimmer is arguably the best goalie in the WHL this year.
